Retired couple/person with an outside income would be ideal for this position. Person must be honest, energetic, hard working, and have knowledge of home repairs. A Spanish speaker would be a big plus. Meet/Greet/Tourists when on property. Live in large house when not occupied by tourists or owners. No Drugs. Nonsmoker, nondrinker preferred.
