As If It Matters

Kasey, the beloved West Highland Terrier of Joe Trippi and Kathy Lash, passed on today. She’s had a difficult struggle with canine cancer. Joe just called me to tell me the news. Kasey was Director of Canine Outreach on the Dean campaign, and I loved her dearly. I might not have survived that campaign without the companionship of that amazing little dog. Oh, Kasey — and my heart goes out to Joe and Kathy, who loved that dog so much it hurts.
