A tie is a tie is a tie

Michael blogged about our tie-buying experience yesterday. I’m not big on ties. What Silbo doesn’t know is that by the time I caught a cab (about 7 minutes and 10 feet from the point of purchase) I had lost the black plastic bag of bargain ties and socks. Within moments of purchasing them, they dissolved into the air, never to be worn or even cast-off, mere phantoms.

I had no idea you were suffering from tie-loss when we saw you later that evening. You kept up a good front.
