COUPLE NEEDED to caretake a villa, in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. A one year commitment is required. Private apartment and utilities provided. Duties include light repairs, and cleaning. Villa rents to weekly guests approximately 15 weeks per year and owners are there 12 weeks per year. No owner care required. Ideal couple will be retired or have outside income as only a small salary is possible depending on level of involvement with rental guests. Sorry, no children or dogs.
